Our Promise:

Every piece curated for Ivie Page Living, whether new or previously loved (owned), is meticulously inspected for product quality and is guaranteed to be in excellent condition for the age and availability of the pattern. There might be subtle variations in back stamps, markings, colors, weight, or size, but that's just the charm of craftsmanship.

Your Satisfaction Matters:

If you are not satisfied with your order, we'll happily refund your payment (excluding shipping) for items returned within 30 days. Just a heads up, though: items you alter or damage can't be returned.

Email us at returns@iviepageliving.com. From time to time, we may offer final sales whereby items cannot be returned.  Returned items must arrive in good condition, having been packaged with care. Once your return is received, it can take up to 5 – 7 business days for it to be processed.

How to Make a Return:

  • Let us know if you'd like a refund or want to exchange.
  • Carefully pack your return using the original materials and attach the provided return address label/barcode, and include a copy of the order summary included in the shipment.

A Few Tips:

  • UPS doesn't deliver to us, so use FedEx or USPS.
  • For damaged or incorrect orders, contact us at customer.service@iviepageliving.com.
  • Returns are usually processed within 7 business days upon receipt.
  • Refunds go back to your original payment method, unless you prefer a Replacements gift card.
  • Credit card refunds may take up to 7 days to show on your account.
  • We'll email you a confirmation once the return is processed.
